We are proud to partner with these exceptional wellness facilities to offer Metabolism Assessments, VO₂ Max Testing, and comprehensive Naturopathic care.
Please confirm the correct location when booking and arriving for your appointment. If you’re unsure or don’t see your preferred practitioner at a specific clinic, check our other locations or select a phone/telemedicine visit.
2) Direct Billing to Extended Medical Insurance
We offer direct billing for most extended health insurance plans. For a complimentary Naturopathic Coverage Estimate, simply provide your insurance details to our front desk. We’ll handle the rest.

3) Cancellation Policy
We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
A $50 fee will apply to missed appointments or late cancellations.

As of May 1st, 2026, a modest fee increase will take effect to continue providing the highest standard of care.

Dr. Ashley Bilodeau is a BC local and grew up in the Fraser Valley where she spent her summers camping, hiking and picking berries and the fall seasons outdoors on the soccer field.
Staying close to home, she attained her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford. When she didn’t have her head in the books studying pre-med, she was training in the gym or on the water to hold her position on the
varsity rowing team, to which she became captain in her last year.
A keen interest in the human body and science led her to CCNM Boucher where she completed the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program in 2021.
During her time at Boucher she was president of the Sports Medicine Club, organizing talks, learning the Kinesio Taping Method and participating in events at the local climbing gym.
Dr. Ashley believes in building a solid foundation for health. That health care is not always black and white. That medicine needs to be individualized and genuine. She is a fully licensed Naturopathic Doctor in British Columbia currently running a general practice, with special interest in digestion,
athletic health, metabolism, concussions and stress management.

Dr. Ming Mei Zhang is dual licensed as both an ND and RMT. She earned her Bachelor of Science specializing in Cell biology and Genetics from UBC, where human anatomy and physiology sparked her interest. From there on, she pursued her diploma of Registered Massage Therapy from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. While working in an integrative clinic, Dr. Zhang learned about naturopathic medicine, and it was through its effects on her own health that she learned to appreciate its patient centered holistic approach. This spurred her to pursue naturopathic medicine training from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr. Zhang strives for a general practice, but has a special interest in sport medicine, management of chronic pain, metabolic, and digestive disorders. Due to her own personal experience going through pregnancy, she has also developed a passion for prenatal and postpartum care.
Dr. Zhang is passionate about empowering patients to take control of their own health and vitality. As an ND/RMT, she uses an array of modalities such as physical medicine, injection therapies, acupuncture, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, supplementation, and much more to tailor a holistic health plan for each individual patient.
