Dr. Ashley Bilodeau is a BC local and grew up in the Fraser Valley where she spent her summers camping, hiking and picking berries and the fall seasons outdoors on the soccer field.
Staying close to home, she attained her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford. When she didn’t have her head in the books studying pre-med, she was training in the gym or on the water to hold her position on the
varsity rowing team, to which she became captain in her last year.
A keen interest in the human body and science led her to CCNM Boucher where she completed the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program in 2021.
During her time at Boucher she was president of the Sports Medicine Club, organizing talks, learning the Kinesio Taping Method and participating in events at the local climbing gym.
Dr. Ashley believes in building a solid foundation for health. That health care is not always black and white. That medicine needs to be individualized and genuine. Natalia is a herbalist, craniosacral therapist, yoga teacher and a Medical Medium detox enthusiast. She obtained her Master Herbalist Diploma from Wild Rose College of Natural Healing. These programs included in-depth learning of Western Herbalism, Chinese & Ayurvedic Herbalism, herbal energetics, and nutrition. While already having some folk medicine experience from Europe, she was able to dive deep into the world of herbalism and holistic healing while working in a herbal dispensary in Vancouver.
For her practice she uses a combination of herbal medicine, energy healing, herbal detox and holistic nutrition to assess and treat each person based on their constitution. Dr. Ana Lopez’s journey into naturopathic medicine began after receiving treatment for her allergies. She was so impressed with naturopathic philosophy that she decided to become a naturopathic doctor herself. Currently she maintains a family practice and has had experience treating a variety of conditions including hormone imbalances, pregnancy related complaints, digestive issues, anxiety and depression and autoimmune conditions. Dr. Lopez holds a BSc. in cell biology and genetics from UBC and is a graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (2007). She has pharmaceutical prescription authority in British Columbia.

Dr. Ming Mei Zhang is dual licensed as both an ND and RMT. She earned her Bachelor of Science specializing in Cell biology and Genetics from UBC, where human anatomy and physiology sparked her interest. From there on, she pursued her diploma of Registered Massage Therapy from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. While working in an integrative clinic, Dr. Zhang learned about naturopathic medicine, and it was through its effects on her own health that she learned to appreciate its patient centered holistic approach. This spurred her to pursue naturopathic medicine training from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr. Zhang strives for a general practice, but has a special interest in sport medicine, management of chronic pain, metabolic, and digestive disorders. Due to her own personal experience going through pregnancy, she has also developed a passion for prenatal and postpartum care.
